The Saint Andrew coffee region in Jamaica is one of the most renowned for the exceptional quality of its Blue Mountain coffee. Covering an area of 455 km², this region is home to 573,369 inhabitants, of which more than 3,000 families are dedicated to growing coffee on some 2,500 hectares.
Saint Andrew is Jamaica's second largest coffee region, producing some of the most prized and exclusive coffee in the world. The coffee plantations are grown at high altitudes, under optimal conditions that result in high-quality beans with unique fruity flavours.
